THE IMPORTANCE OF JOURNALING

Several studies have shown that people who keep food journals

are more likely to be successful in losing weight and keeping it off.

In fact, a researcher from one recent study says that people

keeping a food diary six days a week 

lost about twice as much weight 

as those who kept food records one day a week or less.

1.  Print the detox menu and Power Foods list from the docs below 

This is what you'll use to start modifying your food choices, so you'll be ready to really follow it next week. Try changing one thing each day- drinking more water, eating more veggies, and getting rid of tempting snacks.  

Go grocery shopping.
2.  Watch these two videos on journaling

3. Post your journal's "page 12" in our private FB group. 

   (a phone pic is fine)

4. Order your Jumpstart Kit, and start using it THE DAY IT ARRIVES 

   (hold off on the detox kit)

5. Connect with us- post a photo a day of something you did positive -
